Tyrico Oil Down

It's August vacation and breadfruit is in season . So that means boys lime on the beach with oil down , lots of pigtail and some steam red fish freshly bought from Maracas fishing village  . Had this lime yesterday and cooked what came out as one of my Top 5 dishes ever.
