My absoloute favourite appetizer is steamed garlic wantons . Was liming in a bar and bought this . Decided I had to go home and try it and so I did . Simply delicious

Love home made springrolls are simply the best TV snack .

Another yummy appetizer I enjoy is souse. There are 3 types I make , chicken foot , pig foot and cow skin . Each has very different texture and taste characteristics , but all are extremely delicious .
