Keeping it local

Sometimes you need to keep it local , such as provisions with stew fish and salt fish .








Tattoo and boil yam



Boil plantains , dasheen , butter cassava with red beans and stew pork and fresh salad.










 But the next day , my favourite thing to do is to fry over the provisions with salt fish .

Boil and fried cassava with saltfish , absolutely delicious .
